I have been a resident of Malibu since 1984 and a
real estate professional since 1991. A consistent top producer I
am a member of the “Chairman’s
Circle Gold” 2004 (2000, 2002, 2003) which represents the top 4% of
Realtors® nationwide. I have represented some of the finest properties in Malibu.
I have been a member of the Malibu Board of Realtors® for 15 years.
My goal as a Realtor® is to provide unsurpassed personal service to both
Buyers and Sellers and to make each transaction as seamless and stress
free as possible.
My extensive knowledge of Malibu and the Malibu real estate market is a
great asset to my Sellers as well as to my Buyers, many of whom are
relocating from other areas. I am a long time member of the Malibu Board
of Realtors® as well as being a Member of the Arbitraton Commitee of the Malibu Board of Realtors®.
I have also represented Buyers in the Ojai Valley real estate market..
My transaction closing rate is consistently in the 95% range including
sales representing Buyers and Sellers.
